| A sparkling wine is all about the blend of wines used to produce it. This Cuvee is composed of barrel aged Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon with the Pinot providing finesse and the Shiraz and Cabernet giving body. The resulting wine has a brilliant ruby colour with spicy cherry and plum showing on the aroma. The palate is full flavoured and long in the mouth with just enough sweetness to balance the tannins.
