“2005 OLSEN WINES Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Good depth and hue; has an abundance of black fruits and licorice supported by good oak; the tannins are still softening with more to go. Rating 91”
“2007 OLSEN WINES Yarra Valley Preservative Free Cabernet Sauvignon - Dense colour; very ripe cassis and blackcurrant fruit on the bouquet and palate, the texture very soft and flash. A very good option for those allergic to SO2. Rating 89”
